Kevin Porter Jr. Misses Friday's Game
2 years agoHouston Rockets point guard Kevin Porter Jr. (foot) will miss his second game of the season Friday versus Sacramento. He hurt his left foot in a collision with teammate Jae'Sean Tate Wednesday when these two teams also met. Porter Jr. exited after logging only 10 minutes and his absence gave more playmaking duties to Jalen Green and Alperen Sengun. The latter ended up posting a 10-10-10 triple-double. Porter Jr.'s exit also helped Kenyon Martin Jr. to have a nice 21-point outing on Wednesday. He could now be looking at his ninth start of the season, and the 22-year-old has posted 13.4 points and 3.9 rebounds in the starting unit this season.
