Kevin Huerter Remains Out On Friday
2 years agoSacramento Kings guard/forward Kevin Huerter (conditioning) has been ruled out for Friday's contest against the Rockets. He's had a bout with a non-COVID illness and has to do some more work on his conditioning before he is ready to play again. Huerter was also sidelined for Wednesday's clash with Houston. The 24-year-old has found himself in a great situation in Sacramento this season, averaging a career-high 15.8 points per game as a starter with 3.3 rebounds and 2.9 assists. Huerter's absence will give Terence Davis his fourth start of the campaign. He had a quiet six-point game in Huerter's place on Wednesday but has averaged a solid 10.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists as a member of the starting unit this season.
