7/14:Texas Rangers closer Keone Kela locked down his 23rd save of the season on Friday. Considering he is the closer on a team which has won just 41 games this is an impressive return so far from Kela. Kela has been relatively under the radar this season partly because of playing on a bad team but also because his season long numbers are not out of this world. However, Kela has been a solid closer, providing decent value to fantasy teams. Through 33 innings, he has a 3.27 ERA and 40 strikeouts compared to just 11 walks. Unfortunately with the Rangers possibly soon about to move Cole Hamels, Shin-Soo Choo and possibly Mike Minor, Kela's save chances may become even more few and far between.--Ben Rolfe - RotoBaller
