New York Giants wide receiver Kadarius Toney (hamstring) will suit up for the Week 2 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. The 23-year-old was barely seen in the season opener, which was frustrating for fantasy managers. Toney only played in seven snaps and saw two touches throughout the contest.
