Justin Thomas arrives in Hawaii for the Sony Open as a 6/1 betting favorite, according to the Westgate Las Vegas Superbook. Thomas is a former champion at this event in 2017 and has provided two additional top-14 showings since 2015. The American is projected to be the highest owned golfer on the DraftKings slate, but it is understandable why. Game-theory suggests that there could be some value in fading him in DFS contests, but this doesn't necessarily feel like a great spot to be underweight on the No. 4 ranked player in the world.
