The Phillies signed Jordan Romano to a one-year, $8.5 million contract in December, but despite his solid track record, he wasn't guaranteed the closer role. He had a 2.90 ERA and 105 saves over six seasons with the Blue Jays, along with 285 strikeouts in 229.2 innings. Philadelphia told him he would be used in "high-leverage" situations in 2025. Even if the Phillies opt for a closer-by-committee approach in 2025, it wouldn't be surprising if Romano winds up with the majority of saves. Steamer projects a 3.88 ERA, 9.61 K/9, and 3.46 BB/9 in 60 innings for Romano with a NFC ADP of 276.69.--Lauren Amour
