Toronto Maple Leafs center John Tavares ended a 14-game goal drought on Saturday against Vancouver, notching a power-play goal in a 6-4 defeat. He also collected an assist in the game. This was Tavares' longest goalless run since his rookie campaign. He now boasts 18 goals and 52 points for the season with 54 games played. Toronto has been scoring well and even had a 10-goal game a week ago against Detroit, so it's been quite bizarre how Tavares hasn't managed to get in on the act. He fired off a total of 31 shots without a goal during his dry spell.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
