Miami Marlins relief pitcher Jesus Tinoco was called upon to hold a three-run lead versus the Cincinnati Reds on Monday. It appears both Calvin Faucher and Anthony Bender were unavailable, so Tinoco got the call to close out this game. Tinoco didn't have any issues as he tossed a perfect ninth inning to record his second save of the season. This is now back-to-back save chances for Tinoco, but fantasy managers shouldn't get too excited. The right-hander doesn't appear to be the primary option for saves and will probably only get occasional chances.--Andy Webb
