Carolina Hurricanes right wing Jesper Fast helped Steven Lorentz to score the team's only goal in Friday's 2-1 home loss against Philadelphia, reaching seven points for the season. He's carrying a plus-eight rating and has done a very good job in limited minutes as he averages only just above 14 minutes a night. Fast has done particularly well in recent outings. He scored in back-to-back games last week and boasts four points in his past six appearances. The 29-year-old has been busy in front of the net with 22 shots, and he's also handed out 23 hits in 12 games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
