6/19:Colorado Rockies reliever and former first-round pick Jeff Hoffman ensured Colorado wouldn't be coming back on Monday by surrendering five earned runs in just one-third of an inning. Hoffman was called into the game when it was already a 6-2 deficit, but he quickly put any rally ideas to bed by loading the bases and then walking in a pair. Brooks Pounders took over to ensure Hoffman wouldn't miss out on any of those sweet earned runs and quickly flushed all the inherited runners home by giving up a couple knocks. Hoffman was Colorado's top draft pick in 2014 and unless he can right the ship, he'll be headed back to Triple-A soon.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
