Los Angeles Kings center Jeff Carter (lower body) suffered a lower-body injury in the second period of Monday's 4-3 overtime victory against the New York Rangers and he was unable to return. After the game head coach Willie Desjardins said that the veteran pivot was considered questionable for Tuesday's game in New Jersey. "We'll just see how it reacts overnight," Desjardins said. "Usually with things like that you can't tell until the next morning, so you just have to wait and see how it goes." Fantasy owners in pools allowing daily moves and DFS players will want to avoid him until he can officially return and make it through a full game without any setbacks.--Daniel Dobish
