The Boston Bruins placed goaltender Tuukka Rask (concussion) on Injured Reserve, retroactive to Jan. 19, due to concussion. He will not play in Tuesday's game against the Winnipeg Jets, so it will be Jaroslav Halak patrolling the crease facing goaltender Connor Hellebuyck and the high-octane Jets offense. Halak is 13-9-1 with a 2.47 goals-against average and .919 save percentage, and he is even better at home. Halak is 9-3-0 with a 2.29 GAA and .926 save percentage in 12 starts and 13 appearances. The team recalled goaltender Zane McIntyre from Providence of the AHL to serve as Halak's understudy.--Daniel Dobish
