Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder James Outman has enjoyed an impressive week at Triple-A and was named Pacific Coast League Hitter of the Week. Over his last seven contests, the outfielder has held a .448/.467/.828 slash line with three doubles, one triple, and two home runs. He has also swiped two bags over this stretch and posted three multi-hit games. This is an excellent sign for Outman, as he held a modest .172/.264/.370 slash line over his first 19 games of the regular season. Outman spent most of the 2023 season in the majors but appeared in only 53 games in 2024, as he was frequently shifted between the big leagues and Triple-A. Fantasy managers should monitor his progression at Oklahoma City, as he could be in the mix to return to the majors. If he does get the call, he could be worth adding in NL-only formats.--Andy Smith
