Jaleel McLaughlin A Deep-League Flex Target Against Bills
1 year agoDenver Broncos rookie running back Jaleel McLaughlin has impressed in his first season in the NFL and has taken over the No. 2 role in the backfield from Samaje Perine. However, he's averaging only 7.2 half-PPR fantasy points per game in his first eight contests and will continue to have a low fantasy ceiling as long as Javonte Williams stays healthy as Denver's clear lead back. The 23-year-old has a healthy 7.1 yards per carry on 38 rushing attempts for 268 yards and one touchdown, and he's added 12 receptions for 65 yards and two more scores. The Buffalo Bills, McLaughlin's Week 10 opponent, are allowing the 13th-most half-PPR points to RBs per game (20.3), so he'll have an opportunity to make some noise as a deep-league flex option if he can break off a couple big chunk plays or find the end zone for the fourth time this year.
