Jadeveon Clowney Dealing With Core Muscle Injury
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks defensive end Jadeveon Clowney (abdomen), who missed the Week 12 contest against the Eagles, is dealing with a core muscle injury. He was expected to practice in a limited basis on Friday, but expect him to be questionable for Monday night's showdown against the Vikings. Clowney said he suffered the injury against the Niners on Monday night on Nov. 11 and that it'll have to managed the rest of the season. Surgery is also still a possibility, but he said he doesn't think he needs a procedure at this time. The oft-injured pass-rusher's availability the rest of the season could be in question, making him tough to trust in IDP leagues. Another absence this Monday would be good news for Vikings running back Dalvin Cook and quarterback Kirk Cousins.
