Buffalo Sabres forward Jack Eichel had a big night in a 5-4 overtime win over the Montreal Canadiens, chipping in two goals and two assists. That gives Eichel seven points in Buffalo's first four games, propelling them to a 3-0-1 record to lead the Atlantic Division. Victor Olofsson continued his powerplay hot streak, scoring his fourth powerplay goal of the year. Jeff Skinner chipped in the other regulation goal, with Marcus Johansson scoring the overtime winner on a world-class feed from Eichel. Rasmus Dahlin continues to show the form that got him chosen first-overall in last year's draft, chipping in two assists to increase his total to seven points on the season. --Nate Duffett
