J.D. McKissic, Curtis Samuel Miss Another Practice
3 years agoWashington Football Team running back J.D. McKissic (concussion) and wide receiver Curtis Samuel (hamstring) both missed practice for the second straight day on Thursday. McKissic remains in the league's concussion protocols and is on his way to missing his third straight game. Rookie Jonathan Williams and Wendell Smallwood have taken on some of his passing-game work in the last two weeks, but they aren't on the fantasy map behind Antonio Gibson. Samuel has played in just five games due to a groin injury that has bothered him since the summer, but now he's dealing with a hamstring injury and could miss yet another contest. He has just six catches for 27 yards on the year and is well off the fantasy radar. With Terry McLaurin dealing with a concussion, Adam Humphries, rookie Dyami Brown and DeAndre Carter could see expanded playing time on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.
