6 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Ito Smith had a mixed day against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. The rookie running back managed to score the third touchdown of his career and made it three weeks in a row he has found the end zone. In addition, Smith actually out-carried veteran starting running back Tevin Coleman 11 carries to 10 in this game. However, the downside is that Smith only averaged two yards per carry to end the game with 22 yards. Smith remains fantasy relevant in deeper leagues but with his role fluctuating week-to-week it is hard to rely on him in shallower leagues. However, when Devonta Freeman or Coleman are out it appears Smith is in line to receive somewhere close to half the carries, making him an interesting streaming option.--Ben Rolfe
