Grayson Greiner Likely Headed To The Injured List
Grayson Greiner (hamstring) was forced to exit Tuesday's game against the Kansas City Royals due to a left hamstring strain. Tigers manager A.J. Hinch stated that he doesn't believe the injury is anything serious, but he does expect to see Greiner land on the injured list. The team is already without starting catcher Wilson Ramos (back), who landed on the 10-day injured list this past Friday. Assuming Greiner is indeed IL-bound, recent call-up Jake Rogers would likely become the team's primary catcher for at least a little while.
