Giants Not Expected To Pursue Dez Bryant
7 years agoThe New York Giants are unlikely to pursue free-agent wide receiver Dez Bryant, in the opinion of SNY's Ralph Vacchiano. However, Bryant seemed intent on staying in the NFC East in order to face the Cowboys twice a year after his release. The Giants don't have enough current salary cap space to take on Bryant, but they could be releasing wide receiver Brandon Marshall before long. Bryant will be turning 30 this year and has been known to be a locker room distraction before. It seems unlikely that this would happen, but if Marshall were to be released and Bryant added, he'd be an intriguing fantasy player alongside Odell Beckham Jr., Sterling Shepard and tight end Evan Engram.
