Cleveland Guardians starting pitcher Gavin Williams posted arguably his best outing of the season versus the New York Yankees on Monday. The right-hander went 6 1/3 innings, allowing two earned runs on seven hits with eight strikeouts in the win. This was a nice bounce back outing from Williams who gave up five earned runs during his last start. Outside of his one bad start, Williams has allowed two earned runs or less in four of his five starts this season. He'll look to keep the good times rolling against the Boston Red Sox tough lineup in his next start.--Andy Webb
