San Diego Padres superstar Fernando Tatis Jr. continues his MVP-caliber start to his 2025 campaign, hitting his eighth home run on Sunday evening. On the evening, he finished the game going 2-for-4 with a home run, three runs scored, one RBI, and one walk. Contributing to all three of the runs the Padres scored as they avoided the sweep on Sunday Night Baseball against the Houston Astros, winning 3-2. On the season, Tatis is now slashing .358/.436/.691 with eight home runs, 22 runs scored, 16 RBI, and seven stolen bases. Up next for the Tatis and the Padres is a three-game series in Detroit to take on the Tigers before they head home on Friday to host the Tampa Bay Rays. Tatis remains one of, if not the best, outfielders in fantasy baseball, so managers can certainly continue to lock him into their lineups without hesitation.--Nicho Roessler
