Evan Engram Won't Practice Wednesday
Evan Engram (calf) will not practice on Wednesday. Engram will work with the team's training staff, and the team will revisit on Thursday. The 27-year-old has all the potential in the world, but he continues to be a frustrating fantasy asset because of injuries, poor play and the Giants offensive inconsistency. Engram is a long shot to play in the season-opener this Sunday against the Denver Broncos, so make sure he's not in any starting lineups. Even if Engram recovers later this week and is able to play, he'd be a poor starting option at less than 100 percent and likely on a snap count. With Kyle Rudolph (foot) also likely out, expect Kaden Smith to see more snaps as the leading tight end.
