Eric Ebron Ruled Out After Getting Injured Monday
4 years agoPittsburgh Steelers tight end Eric Ebron (back) and fullback Derek Watt (head) have both been ruled out for the rest of the Monday night game against the Bengals after suffering injuries. Watt suffered his head injury early in the first quarter and was put in the league's concussion protocol. Ebron failed to catch his only target in the game before departing with his injury. With both players being ruled out on Monday, they'll be highly questionable to suit up on a short week in Week 16 against the Colts next Sunday. Losing Watt for any amount of time would be more bad news for a Steelers rushing attack that has been struggling mightily the last three weeks. If Ebron can't play against Indy, Vance McDonald would be a fantasy sleeper at tight end.
