Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin picked up the victory at the O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 at Texas Motor Speedway, his second win of the 2019 MENCS season. He had a fairly wide margin, as the No. 11 car was 2.7 seconds ahead of Stewart-Haas Racing's Clint Bowyer. Hamlin was a disaster at TMS last season, posting finishes of 34th and 30th, but this is now his third trip to Victory Lane in Fort Worth across 27 career starts, and 22 of his finishes have resulted in finishes of 20th or better. He now has an impressive 13.2 Average-Finish Position with three wins in Texas over his career.--Daniel DobishRead More News
