3 months agoHouston Texans wide receiver Deandre Carter appears to be in the lead for the backup slot receiver spot in Houston behind Keke Coutee, who is currently sidelined with an ankle injury. Carter's faced a heavy challenge from Steven Mitchell for the role, but so far looks to be holding Mitchell off. If Coutee misses regular season time, Carter could have some appeal in deeper leagues, though he's much more enticing as a low-cost DFS option than he is as rosterable re-draft player.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
