Dan Connolly of Baltimore Baseball reports that Oriole 2014 fifth round pick David Hess will make his major league debut on Saturday, getting the start against the Rays. Over five seasons in the minors Hess has posted a 4.04 ERA and 7.3 K/9, but he has also struggled with allowing walks, posting a career 8.2 percent walk rate. Of the opponents he could be facing the Rays will provide a better match-up for Hess, so for owners looking for a last minute streaming option in head to head leagues, Hess could be serviceable.--Michael
