Former Green Bay Packers All-Pro left tackle David Bakhtiari (knee), who is recovering from knee surgeries, had a positive follow-up exam with expert Dr. Brian Cole, who proclaimed Bakhtiari on schedule for a 2024 return. Cole is the chairman of Orthopaedics at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and chairman of surgery at Oak Park Hospital. The 32-year-old veteran left tackle is currently a free agent after the Packers released him in March, but he plans on playing this year after missing most of Green Bay's games since late in 2020 due to left-knee issues. If Bakhtiari can prove that he's healthy this summer, he'll likely latch on with a team in need of some help at the tackle spots on their offensive line, although it remains to be seen if he'll return to starting duties.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
