3 months agoToronto Blue Jays catcher Danny Jansen was 2-for-4 with an RBI during a 6-1 win over the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday. Jansen, who started the year on a dismal streak, has come to life over his past 15 games. During that stretch, he is slashing .340/.377/.820 with six home runs, 13 RBI, and 11 runs scored. Perhaps most reassuring is the fact that he has only struck out twice in his last 50 at-bats. While it is unlikely that Jansen continues to play this well for the rest of the season, managers that are desperate for help behind the plate should scoop him up now.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
