Corey Seager Considered Day-To-Day
6 months agoTexas Rangers shortstop Corey Seager (hand) was forced to exit Saturday's contest after being hit by a pitch in the hand. As a result, Seager sat out on Sunday and underwent an MRI on Monday. The MRI came back negative which leaves Seager considered as day-to-day. He should be back in the lineup once he's able to grip and swing the bat again. In the meantime, Josh Smith should see more action at shortstop. The Rangers are off on Monday, so fantasy leagues will have to check back ahead of Tuesday's game for another update on his status.
