Arizona Coyotes right wing Conor Garland led the team to its first victory of the season on Thursday, scoring twice in a 4-1 success over Vegas. Nick Schmaltz and Niklas Hjalmarsson also scored for the Coyotes, who received some really good goaltending from Darcy Kuemper. Kuemper pushed aside 37 pucks in his third consecutive start. Garland showed some good promise last season, scoring 13 goals in 47 NHL games in limited minutes. He seems to have a good nose for getting into the right areas in the offensive zone. However, he's a fourth-liner which makes him pretty useless in fantasy hockey, unless you're in a super deep league.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
