3 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey (hamstring), who was activated from Injured Reserve on Saturday, is officially active in Week 9 against the New England Patriots. McCaffrey is returning to the field for the first time since Week 3, but there have been reports that he will be on a snap count in his return. The 25-year-old running back has been a must-start RB1 each and every week he's been active, but injuries the last two seasons have cast doubt on his fantasy value in his return this week. With a chance that the Panthers will use him sparingly alongside rookie Chuba Hubbard on Sunday, we wouldn't blame fantasy managers for being skeptical this week.
