4 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey (shoulder, thigh) was limited in practice on Wednesday after tweaking his thigh last week, according to head coach Matt Rhule. McCaffrey has been out since Week 9 due to a shoulder injury, but his fantasy managers were hoping to get him back for the first week of the fantasy playoffs in Week 14 against the Broncos. The 24-year-old All-Pro might still return to action this weekend, but it's unknown how much his new injury might affect his play on Sunday. If the Panthers choose to hold McCaffrey out another week, backup Mike Davis would once again have RB2 upside. But if McCaffrey is able to play this weekend, he'll be a no-doubt, top-three RB1 play against Denver.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
