St. Louis Blues goaltender Charlie Lindgren will be in the crease as the team faces Detroit on Thursday. The 27-year-old gets his first start of the season. The Blues are forced to go with Lindgren because Jordan Binnington (COVID-19 protocols) remains unavailable and Ville Husso suffered a lower-body injury in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime win against Florida. Lindgren replaced Husso near the end of regulation time and ended up recording a win with just three saves. The former Montreal goalie carries an 11-12-2 career record with a 2.99 goals-against average and a .907 save percentage. The Blues are expected to win this one, but it could turn out to be a tricky affair, with the Red Wings boasting five wins from their past six outings.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
