The Los Angeles Chargers were shut out in their Week 13 loss to the Patriots, but no head-coaching change is imminent, according to sources. The organization has a lot of respect for head coach Anthony Lynn and would prefer to evaluate everything at the end of the season. Lynn led the Bolts to an AFC-best 12-4 record in 2018, but things have fallen apart in the last two years. Rather than make an in-season decision, the Chargers will wait until the end of the year and think things over. But Lynn is firmly on the hot seat, and at this point, it'd be a surprise if the organization didn't move on from him after the Chargers fell to 3-9 after their ugly loss to New England on Sunday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
