Chad Green 2020 Outlook: Late Round Source of Deep League Value
5 years agoNew York Yankees relief pitcher Chad Green could be a hidden source of deep league fantasy value in 2019. Green worked in middle relief and as an opener in 2019 and figures to do more of the same in 2020. His strikeout upside and strong control make him a sneaky source for strikeouts without much concern about ERA or WHIP. Last season, he put up a strong 33.2 K% and a 6.4 BB%. His 3.04 SIERA and 3.56 xFIP showed that he could improve on his 4.17 ERA. Green should be available in the last round of most fantasy drafts.
