Case Keenum Back At Practice, Vernon Davis Still Out
5 years agoWashington Redskins quarterback Case Keenum (foot) was limited in practice on Thursday, while tight end Vernon Davis (concussion) sat out for the second straight day. Keenum was in a walking boot on Wednesday, but the Redskins still aren't ruling him out for Week 5 against the Patriots after he was benched for poor performance in Week 4. Washington might take it down to the wire on Sunday morning before deciding if it will be Keenum, Colt McCoy or rookie Dwayne Haskins under center. Whoever it is, you should avoid them in fantasy. The Patriots Defense is once again an elite play. Davis looks to be doubtful for this weekend. With Jordan Reed (concussion) still out, Jeremy Sprinkle could have tight end duties all to himself this week. He can be safely avoided in this disaster of an offense, though.
