Carlos Correa's Slump Continues
3 years agoHouston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa continues to struggle at the plate heading into Tuesday's action against the Mariners. Over his last 15 games, Correa is slashing a meager .132/.203/.245 with 18 strikeouts spanning 53 at-bats. The pending free agent was fantastic in the month of June, posting a 1.089 OPS during a 25-game stretch that saw him post seven doubles, seven home runs and 22 runs batted in. But his offense has fallen off a cliff and has three hits in his last 35 at-bats. DFS lineups may need to look elsewhere for the time being.
