In a contest made for the hardcore fan, Carlos Condit (32-13) battled with fellow veteran Matt Brown to a decision on Saturday night. Controlling the majority of the 15-minute battle, Condit took the unanimous decision (30-27) on all three judges' scorecards. Only tallying 39 significant strikes, Condit landed a nice total of 157 total strikes. He also scored on two of his four attempted takedowns, which both came at huge moments in the bout to put him up with the judges. Condit looked solid in his performance, but one must ask if he can still battle with the cream of the crop in the UFC's welterweight division.--Matt Bricker
