By looking at his stats alone, it's hard to play Ryan Palmer this week. Palmer has missed six of 11 cuts this season and hasn't finished inside the top 30. His short game has been a real struggle while he continues to drive the ball well. Palmer is from Texas and finished T5 at TPC Craig Ranch last season, so he could generate some ownership based on that alone. At the Valero Texas Open, however, Palmer missed the cut and is more likely to repeat that than finish in the top five.--Rob Rose
