Cade Otton Dealing With Mild Hamstring Issue
Cade Otton (hamstring) is missing a second straight day of training camp practice on Monday with a mild hamstring issue. The Bucs are just being cautious holding him out early in camp. The 26-year-old might miss some more practice time this week, but this isn't an injury that should keep him from being ready for the Week 1 regular-season opener in early September unless he has a setback. Otton heads into the 2025 campaign as Tampa's clear-cut top pass-catching TE after setting career-highs in catches (59) and receiving yards (600) last year while finding the end zone four times for the second straight season in 14 starts. It definitely helped that receiver Chris Godwin (ankle) missed a big chunk of the year due to injury. He's almost always on the field, but the targets just won't be enough to bump him up into the TE1 picture.
