Bryce Elder Picks Up First Win Of The Season On Monday
Bryce Elder turned in a quality start in a 6-3 win over the Colorado Rockies on Monday. Elder allowed three runs on five hits over six innings while striking out four and walking two to pick up the win. The veteran picked up seven swinging strikes on the way to improving his record to 1-1, to go along with a 5.33 ERA, 1.41 WHIP, and 16 strikeouts over 27 innings of work this season. With a bloated ERA and low strikeout rate, Elder isn't of much interest in fantasy unless it is as a streaming option in plus matchups.
