Winnipeg Jets center Bryan Little has been placed in concussion protocol after sustaining the injury in a preseason game. Little was slated to be the second-line center between Kyle Connor and Patrik Laine, and this injury could bring down the value of both wingers depending on who Coach Paul Maurice decides to put in his place. It currently looks like Andrew Copp will get the first crack at taking Little's spot, Copp only managed 25 points in 69 games last season, but could see an increase in his numbers if Laine can get off to a hot start again this season. There is no timetable for Little's return, so the longer Copp gets an opportunity on this line, the better his chances are of developing chemistry with Connor and Laine. --Nate Duffett
