The Denver Broncos signed free-agent right tackle Bobby Massie to a one-year, $4 million deal on Wednesday. The signing comes in the wake of a potentially season-ending Achilles tear that Ja'Wuan James suffered early last week. The 31-year-old Massie has started 110 games in his career and figures to start at right tackle for Denver in 2021. The Broncos were interested in Massie back in 2016, when he signed with the Chicago Bears in free agency. He missed the last eight games of last year with a knee injury but had returned to practice before the end of the season. Denver used four different right tackles in 2020 with James opting out of the season, so they'll be hoping that Massie can lock down that spot. The team hasn't had a player start all 16 games of a season at right tackle since Orlando Franklin in 2012.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
