Brayden Point has helped the Tampa Bay Lightning win back-to-back Stanley Cups. Now the forward will be under contract for an additional eight years starting in 2022-23. He signed a deal worth $9.5 million AAV. Point had 23 goals and 48 points in 56 games this year for Tampa Bay. Then, he scored 14 goals in the playoffs just as Point did the year before. He was a big part in helping the Lightning win the Stanley Cup again. The forward was a force before being slowed down a bit by the Montreal Canadiens in the Stanley Cup Final. He is just 25-years old which is hard to believe. Expect the center to be a top-line threat for years to come in Tampa Bay and a player taken in the first few rounds in fantasy drafts once again next season. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
