Brandon Brooks Tears Achilles

Philadelphia Eagles right guard Brandon Brooks tore his left Achilles tendon on Monday while working out at the team's complex and will miss the entire 2020 season, according to sources. It's a huge blow to an elite offensive line. The loss of Brooks may cause the Eagles to seriously consider re-signing Pro Bowl tackle Jason Peters. Brooks tore his right Achilles in the 2018 Divisional playoff round against the Saints and rehabbed that injury in time to start the 2019 season. He made his third straight Pro Bowl last year and played at the highest level of his career. Brooks will turn 31 in August.
