Winnipeg Jets right wing Blake Wheeler got his team off to a fast start by opening the scoring just 3:08 into the contest. Unfortunately, the Jets still lost 3-2 in overtime to the San Jose Sharks. Wheeler signed a sizeable five-year, $41.25 million contract extension last offseason and he is showing that he is worth the money. The Jets' captain has 11 goals, 54 assists, and 22 power-play points through 53 games this campaign. He is an elite fantasy asset in all formats. Mathieu Perreault also scored his 11th goal of the season in the defeat. The Jets are now off until Thursday when they will head to Montreal to face the Canadiens. --Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
