Aric Almirola shocked a few people with his pole qualifying run on Sunday morning then he proceeded to back it up. Almirola nabbed a fourth-place result at the Ally 400 which was a season-best. It had been a long struggle all season for the No. 10 Ford. Even with the finish, Almirola felt he could have done better but realized he had little chance. "They're making grip and they're getting up off the corner. It's so hard to race with them." Almirola was referring to the Chevrolets of course. It was why Almirola never could get close to a fading William Byron even. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
