Anthony Miller "Mentally" Making Strides
5 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Anthony Miller is ready to take a step forward this season and is physically healthy after offseason shoulder surgery. Miller finished last season with 54 targets, 33 catches, 423 yards and seven touchdowns but the second-year receiver hopes to take the mental side of the game to the next level. Bears coaches, and even Miller himself, have acknowledged that the transition from college to the NFL was not easy for the talented receiver. Miller was late to a couple of meetings and struggled soaking in every detail of a complicated offensive playbook. Head coach Matt Nagy has already lauded Miller's mental preparation thus far through training camp. Miller has a world of talent and is an excellent route runner and playmaker. If he can step up his game mentally, the sky is the limit for his fantasy potential this season.
