3 years agoMiami Dolphins tight end Adam Shaheen (hamstring, knee) has missed the last couple of practices with hamstring and knee issues, according to a source. An MRI exam on his knee came back negative, but he will miss the team's preseason finale this weekend, and his short-term status beyond that is unknown. The 26-year-old shouldn't really be on anyone's fantasy radar as the backup to Mike Gesicki. He managed to catch only 12 passes for a career-high 150 yards and three touchdowns in his first year in Miami in 2020. Along with the injury concerns, rookie third-rounder Hunter Long figures to be a threat to Shaheen's playing time this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
